Does applying to INPL cost me anything?
No. Our services are completely free for candidates – from the application through the interview to placement in the assignment.
What documents do I need for my application?
A short CV is enough to start. Certificates or proof (e.g. a forklift license) can be submitted later or brought to the interview. A cover letter is not required.
Do I need work experience or training?
Not necessarily. We regularly have assignments for helpers and career changers, for example in production and warehousing. Reliability and motivation matter most – you'll learn much of the rest directly on the job.
Who employs me when I work through INPL?
With temporary staffing, you are permanently employed by INPL GmbH and work at the premises of our clients. Your pay, social security and employment contract run through us. With direct placement, you are hired by the company itself.
How quickly will I hear back on my application?
We get back to you promptly after receiving your application – usually within a few working days. After that, we move straight on to the personal interview.
