Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted on a server in Germany. When you access the site, technical access data (IP address, date, time, page accessed) is automatically stored in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log data is deleted after 14 days at the latest.
Contact Form
If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number if given, message) exclusively to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply. The form's spam protection runs entirely locally on this server – no data is transmitted to third-party providers.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not track visitors. Only technically necessary cookies are set: a session cookie for the admin login and a session cookie for the password-protected candidate pool area. The notice at the bottom of the screen remembers your confirmation locally in your browser (localStorage), not via a cookie. No data is shared with third parties. Fonts are loaded locally from this server.
Applications and Candidate Pool
If you apply via the application form at /bewerbung, we process the information you provide (including name, date of birth, place of birth, address, contact details, qualifications, work experience, and — as a preliminary, voluntary self-declaration — nationality and information on your right of residence/work permit) as well as the documents you upload directly in the form (e.g. certificates, qualifications, ID copy, photo) exclusively to place you in suitable job offers. Your documents are additionally stored encrypted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). If you additionally consent in the form to being contacted via WhatsApp, we store this consent together with a timestamp; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and you may withdraw this consent at any time. For internal reference, you receive a random candidate code. In a password-protected area ("Candidate Pool"), we show selected employers only your candidate code and professional information (e.g. trained occupation, qualifications, language skills) – never your name, address, contact details or submitted documents. If an employer submits an inquiry about you, it is forwarded to us referencing your candidate code; only after individual review by our staff do we disclose your real contact details (name, phone, email) to that specific employer, and only in that individual case, provided you consented to inclusion in the candidate pool; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your application documents are deleted once the application process is complete, but automatically no later than six months after a rejection (to meet our documentation obligations under German anti-discrimination law), or at your request at any time via our form at /datenschutzanfrage.
Privacy Requests (Access & Deletion)
Via the form at /datenschutzanfrage you can submit a request for access (Art. 15 GDPR) or deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) of the data we hold about you. The data provided in doing so (name, email address, any further details) is processed exclusively to handle this request; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 12 GDPR. The request is deleted once it has been fully processed.
Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can submit an access or deletion request directly via our form at /datenschutzanfrage. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
